this then leads to worse performance in battle Ho Chi Minh Trail Ho Chi Minh trail kept the VC fighting in the south supplied with weapons, soldiers etc The trail was eventually widened as vehicles supplied by China and the USSR helped deliver supplies to the VC along the trail It was effective because of how it continuously kept the VC supplied It was ineffective because of how easily the trail could be shut down by the US
