Die drei If-Satz-Typen
Typ 1 & Typ 2
- Typ 1 (Erfüllbar): Drückt reale Bedingungen aus. Nebenformel: If-Satz im Simple Present, Hauptsatz im Will-Future.
- Typ 2 (Unwahrscheinlich): Für Träume oder Unmögliches. If-Satz im Simple Past, Hauptsatz mit would + Infinitiv.
Typ 3 (Unmöglich)
- Typ 3 (Vergangenheit): Zeigt, was früher hätte anders laufen können. If-Satz im Past Perfect, Hauptsatz mit would have + Past Participle.
💡 Tipp: Merke dir die goldene Regel: "Would" darf niemals im If-Satz selbst stehen.
Beispiel:
- Typ 1: If it rains, we will stay at home.
- Typ 2: If I had a kayak, I would paddle.
