Greta Thunberg - Making a difference

I think making people change their behaviour in a good way is something that clearly stands for a difference that Greta Thunberg has caused. Another example, where something has changed is in the field of production. Since so many people have decided to do more for the environment, the companies started producing more sustainable products. So because of this public discussion some companies try to avoid plastic in their packing, instead they use more paper or even glass. A good example therefore are straws, which you get no longer in plastic form in most restaurants. The most important point is tha the 18 year old created a huge movement, in which millions of people took part. Greta started the strikes in her home country of Sweden, but it didn't take very long for other people to know about it. Many young people have been activated to be part in the Fridays For Future movement, which went viral all over the world. Every Friday students skipped school and took part in the demonstration to fight for their future and to draw the government's attention to the climate crisis. And they were heard by the politicians, who are now making much more effort to find a possible solution, so that we can continue living without environmental disasters. After collecting some arguments I can say, that my thesis from the beginning is approved. She did not only encouraged politicians to think, but also led people and companies to change their behaviour and reduce their consumption in an environment-friendly way. But the most important thing is, that she gave millions of young people a perspective to fight for their own future and against the climate change. Even if there are people who don't like her, they can't deny, that she changed something big in the world, on which we can only orient ourselves.
