Frankenstein-Reading diary Chapter 1: The literary me (Frankenstein) starts to tell us some facts about his family, birth and childhood. He also talks about his Father Alphonso, who was a respected man and his Mother Caroline. The Father of Caroline, Beauford was a friend of Alphonso. When He died, Alphonso became Caroline's protector, they married and gave birth to Victor. The family travelled around, and they visited poorer families. One day they met a family and Caroline became aware of their little blonde girl. They got along with each other, so they talked about their story. Caroline wanted to give Elizabeth (the little girl) a chance for improving her life, because her family (daughter of a nobleman and a German female) could barely afford to feed her, so they adopted her, and their son became her "protector" and took care of her. Chapter 2: Victor talks about his close friends and Elizabeth. He emphasizes the harmony and good vibes when he is surrounded by his close friends and family. He tells us that he is very interests in the nature/science and its power. He is a sucker for knowledge and takes the risks. There was a big thunderstorm. The lightening's and the electricity were destroyed and a tree near to their house. A man of great research...

Elizabeth's letter says that Justine Moritz, returned home. She was a girl who lived with at the Frankenstein's back then. She learned a lot and was very kind and grateful. He took the picture of Caroline which the boy had with him and took it into the bags of Justines dress, who was sleeping. This is the reason why Justine had to die. After explaining the story, he asks Victor to create another "Monster", so the current monster doesn't have to be alone all the time and have a mate. Chapter 17: Victor is skeptical. The monster could convince Victor, because he explains that all of the bad things which happened in the past are the results of loneliness. Another argument is that he and his female mate would travel to South America to be far away from humans, so they never cause a stir again. Victor agrees and the monster says that he will monitor the process and that Victor doesn't need to worry when it gets to the point of contact the Monster, when the work is done.
